Other users claimed “walnuts get rid of scratches” because of the “oils”.
Another Mrs Hinch fan replied: “I was gonna say get a walnut and rub it in there. The oils in the nut helps to take it off.”
Another individual suggested: “I just saw somebody use a walnut on their floor.
“The natural oil in the nut gets it out, just rub till it disappears.”
Another individual replied: “If it’s vinyl not wood then not sure the walnut would work, we had scratches on our LVT black kitchen tiles we put WD40 on the scratch.
“It does wear off but it’s easy to do again.”
A third suggested: “I’ve heard something about banana peel? Never tried it though.
“I just look at my scratches and complain.”
A fourth individual said: “Mayo, I did it on my floor and it was brilliant!!”
